Heijsman Scheepsbouw & Reparatie was established in 1988 by the family Heijsman. In the beginning we were concentrating us on the repair of several types of ships. For instance pleasure cruising, but also ships from the inland shipping and the fishery. From 1990 we have expanded the activities with newly build ships. The first ship we have made was a 'Kotter' with a length of 16,5 metre and a width of 4,5 metre. After this 'Kotter' we have made a lot of various designs, like Trawlers, Vletten, Colin Archers, Danish Roses, Loggers etc.

At the moment we are concentrating us on the following activities:

• Building newly build ships, custom build;
• Repair several types of ships, for instance pleasure cruising, but also ships from the inland shipping and the fishery;
• carry out a complete refit of several types of ships;
• we ar certified to carry out gas testing.
